RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope that you love the products that you buy from us. In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, write us an email within 24 hours of delivery with the details to “email@example.com” with “Return/Replacement” as subject and we will get back to you.
In case of a refund, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank via NEFT.
In case you receive a damaged product?
Write an email to our customer care team at “firstname.lastname@example.org” with pictures of the damaged product and after evaluating, we will send you a replacement.
In case you receive a wrong product?
Write an email to our customer care team at “email@example.com” with pictures and we will pick up the wrong item and deliver the right item.
A confirmed order cannot be cancelled.
Once an order has been placed, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. During festive or holiday periods, there may be processing and shipping delays.
In case the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies?
In such a case, a refund will be initiated to the customer.
Customers not eligible for full refund?
Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
Non-availability of recipient at the mentioned address
Refusal to accept products
In case product has undergone any tampering by the customer
In case customer does not have the original packaging or seal is broken
