Order Cancellation

STEMVEDA will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the customer and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The user must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and accordingly the customer will have to pay such local duties/taxes.

Inaccurate User Information
In case of incorrect address, insufficient address or non-availability of recipient on mentioned address, any extra cost for re-delivering the product shall be borne by the customer. In the event of order cancellation for the above mentioned case, refund will be initiated after deducting shipping charges spent by STEMVEDA. Coupons

A coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item during checkout.

Multiple coupon codes cannot be applied to a single order. Offers are valid only till stocks last.

Loyalty Program

1 loyalty point is credited for every ₹1 spent on our website. This is exclusive of the shipping charges (if applicable).

Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for money. They may be redeemed in exchange for coupon codes mentioned under the My Rewards section of your account.

Multiple coupon codes cannot be applied to a single order.

In case of discount coupons (Eg. Flat Rs.500 off), unused coupon balance cannot be redeemed for cash or on a separate order. We advise you to add products to your cart to know your final cart value before redeeming your points.

If an order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges mentioned during checkout shall be applicable.
